Cross Keys Sales LLC owned and operated by Larmon Cowles, prepares yearlings, weanlings and mares annually for most major sales. We typically prep no more than twenty horses per sale in order to keep things manageable and to ensure that every horse is capable of meeting its full potential for the sale. In prepping horses, Larmon utilitizes the facilities of his own farm, Gunston Hall where we have a six horse Equi-gym, individual paddocks and a highly nutritious and vitamin based feeding program that is tailored to each horse\u2019s needs.<\/p>\n

From the moment the foal is born, Gunston Hall begins sales preparation, which includes regular handling, leading methods, and proper working techniques to name a few. We passionately believe in our sales prep methods and practices, and have had great results at the sales because of them.<\/p>\n
